The Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders seeks continued accreditation by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

Call for Public Comment

The UNH Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders Graduate Program is seeking continued accreditation by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). As part of the process, the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) is inviting public comment about the program. Comments may be submitted in one of two ways: either in writing to the ASHA Accreditation Office or in person to the visiting site team.

Written comments must include the commenter’s name, address, telephone contact information as well as the commenter’s relationship to the program. In addition, any written testimony must include the name of the program - UNH Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. All comments must relate to the program’s compliance with the published Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) Standards, which are available for review at http://www.asha.org/academic/accreditation/PublicCommentList.htm

The ASHA Accreditation Office must receive any written comments no later than15 days prior to the site visit, which is scheduled for October 6 - 7. Written comments may be sent to:
