Our 5^th Growing a Green Generation Conference in May 2012 was fully subscribed and a great success with 70 educators from around New England coming to UNH and the Child Study and Development Center for a day of immersion in gardening, young children, and the joys of the natural world.

This year conference scholarships were awarded to 34 teachers from early childhood programs serving low-income communities across NH, made possible by a grant from the HNH Foundation.  During the summer we provided follow-up on-site consultations to the center and will be inviting them to the CSDC in the future. Please take a look at the workshops and speakers offered in 2012. At this stage we have not set a date for our next conference but we will make sure to post information as we have it.
