College of Health and Human Services Grimes Undergraduate Research Competition

Introduction

This annual celebration of excellence in undergraduate student research has been possible through the generosity of Jack and Marianna Grimes. Jack, Marianna, and their two children Terese and Jay, are all graduates of the University of New Hampshire. They are long time friends of UNH, and of the College of Health and Human Services. Known for their compassion, dedication, and their results-oriented attitude, they established a fund in 1999 to promote and honor research excellence in the school.  The oral presentation competition includes finalists selected on the basis of their written projects.
